Refurbishment
Our success has been helped by our ability to problem solve, organise and run major maintenance and refurbishment schemes without a main contractor plus the ability to identify and rectify problems that other Companies walk away from. We are able to deal directly with the client, Architect or Main Contractor removing existing installations and replacing with steel, aluminium and plastic glazed products. We have carried out refurbishment and maintenance work to some major Listed Buildings and those of Architectural importance.
We have the ability to remove existing steel frames, remove them from site, carry out cut weld repairs, including replacement sections, sandblasting back to original state and refix on site - works that are sympathetic to a refurbishment scheme to a listed building. We are able to source replacement fittings and, where old fittings are discontinued, arrange the manufacture of purpose made fittings.
